We need someone who lives in the math and understands the "why" behind the model, particularly within the complex ecosystem of Retail. The Profile You likely have 5+ years of experience, but we care more about depth than tenure. We are looking for expertise in: 1.Large-scale Forecasting & Pricing: Nuanced understanding of demand, price elasticity, and markdowns. 2.Inventory Intelligence: Solving for OOS (Out of Stock) and merchandising optimization. 3.Deep Theory: You work with classic ML solutions and statistics-heavy frameworks. Note: We are specifically looking for DS specialists. If your primary focus is Agentic AI, Software Engineering, or Business Analysis, this won't be the right fit.
