🚀 Hiring: Manager, Q-Commerce & Modern Trade Growth 📍 Bangalore We're building the FMCG division at Boba Bhai and are looking for an ambitious, high-ownership individual to join us at an early stage. This is not a traditional key account role. You'll work directly with the leaders to build and scale brands across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Modern Trade, and emerging retail channels, owning projects from strategy to execution. What you'll learn and own • Q-Commerce growth across leading platforms • Modern Trade partnerships and execution • Consumer brand building and go-to-market strategy • Business analytics, reporting and commercial decision-making • Product launches from 0→1 and scaling from 1→100 • Founder-level problem solving in a fast-growing consumer business Who should apply • 1–3 years of experience • FMCG, startup, growth, operations, category, or analytics backgrounds • Strong analytical and communication skills • High ownership mindset with a bias for execution • Someone excited by steep learning curves and building consumer brands from the ground up This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure across multiple business functions and learn in 2-3 years what often takes much longer in traditional FMCG organizations.
