🚀 We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist We're looking for a Performance Marketing professional with strictly 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team at Paytm What we're looking for: ✅ Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads across both web and app campaigns ✅ Experience managing acquisition, retargeting, and performance-driven campaigns with a clear focus on business outcomes ✅ Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer (or similar attribution platforms) ✅ Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable growth strategies ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of results 🚨 Immediate joiners will be preferred. And one non-negotiable requirement: 🤖 You must be actively leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, campaign management, analysis, reporting, creative ideation, or workflow automation.
