As someone who works very closely with our Program Management team, I can honestly say it's one of those roles that has a huge impact on the student experience, even if most of that work happens behind the scenes. The people who do well in this role are usually the ones who enjoy bringing order to chaos. They like solving problems and keeping lots of moving pieces on track, while making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
