So, what do you think, how does a good (remote/on site) assessment for a product role look like in 2026? - Is "put 4 fingers in front of your face?" still a thing? - CEOs/Founders: What would you look for your next head of product? - Candidates: What would you be willing to invest upfront? (With AI taking over most of the "work", I'm questioning how much of tasks a person should submit upfront) - What would make it the "smoothest" experience for everyone?
