Head of Product@Swat.io
We're hiring a new Head of Product at Swat.io and this is what happened in the first 7 days:
- We had 77 official applications so far (ok, but I already received more the last time we put up the job ad in 2024 in that timeframe) - I received tons of messages on my LinkedIn (Sorry, I'll get back to them within the next few hours) - We had our very first interviews (yays and nays, nothing changed in that regards) But most importantly, we're getting started on defining the assessment. So, what do you think, how does a good (remote/on site) assessment for a product role look like in 2026? - Is "put 4 fingers in front of your face?" still a thing? - CEOs/Founders: What would you look for your next head of product? - Candidates: What would you be willing to invest upfront? (With AI taking over most of the "work", I'm questioning how much of tasks a person should submit upfront) - What would make it the "smoothest" experience for everyone? Would be super interested in hearing your thoughts. BTW: In case you're searching, here's the job ad - again. Know anyone who might be interested?
