At Mesa, we've almost doubled the team over the last few months, launched new programs, expanded our outcomes efforts, and are building for a much larger future.
We're now looking for our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead to help build the talent pipelines and systems that power the next phase of Mesa's growth.
You'll work across Admissions, Programs, Career Outcomes, Operations, Founder's Office, and a bunch of roles that don't fit neatly into conventional hiring buckets.

We're looking for 4โ8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to startup hiring (non-tech).
