be10X, part of House of EdTech, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered learning experiences. If you enjoy solving complex design problems, creating intuitive user experiences, and mentoring designers while staying hands-on with design, this opportunity is for you. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 designers. Design impactful web and mobile experiences for millions of learners. Build and maintain scalable design systems. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders. Improve onboarding, conversion, and retention through thoughtful design. What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of experience in B2C product design. Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and UI/UX. Hands-on expertise in Figma, components, auto layout, and prototyping. Experience with design systems and mentoring designers. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, decisions, and impact. Experience in EdTech, learning or content products, growth teams, or AI-powered tools will be an added advantage.
