What You’ll Do:
* Architect & Build: Design and deliver scalable backend microservices using Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and resilience patterns.
* Optimize Performance: Harness Redis (caching, pub/sub, TTL strategies) and Oracle DB (schema design, query optimization) for mission-critical workloads.
* Cloud-Native Development: Deploy and maintain distributed services on GCP with modern CI/CD and containerization.
* AI-First Engineering: Actively integrate AI coding tools (like Anthropic’s Claude) and agentic workflows into your daily routine to accelerate testing, debugging, and feature delivery.
* Drive Ownership: Lead features independently from design through production with strong systems thinking.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
* Core expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Redis, Oracle DB, and GCP.
* Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and distributed system design.
* Active practice with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and agentic dev workflows.
* Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Terraform, WebLogic/Tomcat, or LLM/AI integrations.
