As a Supply Operations Specialist, you'll: • Maintain a central, up-to-date inventory of cars from marketplaces, campaigns and referrals • Confirm availability, price and intent with sellers in Kannada and English • Match available cars to active buyer requirements and share accurate shortlists on time • Coordinate inspections and make sure every buyer-ready car has complete reports and photos • Build dashboards to track match rates, inspection progress and supply gaps • Flag stale listings and at-risk vehicles before they're lost Who we're looking for: ✔ 3–4 years of experience in supply operations, marketplace operations, listing or inventory management, sales operations or MIS ✔ Background in consumer tech, e-commerce, automotive or another customer-facing business ✔ Strong in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, data validation, dashboards) ✔ Confident in seller conversations in Kannada and English ✔ Great attention to detail, strong follow-through and ownership of pending tasks ✔ Bonus: experience with marketplace data, used-car inspection workflows or CRMs If you're ready to keep supply sharp, matches moving and no good car lost, we'd love to hear from you.
