Are you a seasoned Product Leader who has built Enterprise Finance products from 0→1, solved complex financial workflows at scale, and is passionate about transforming Finance through AI and intelligent automation? We're looking for an exceptional Sr. Staff Product Manager to join Intuit's Finance, Legal & Privacy Tech (FLP Tech) organization, building innovative technology capabilities that power our CFO organization. 🎯 What we're specifically looking for: 🔹 Experience: 15–20 years of professional experience, with deep Product Management expertise and demonstrated senior-level product leadership. 🔹 Enterprise Finance Expertise: Deep hands-on product experience in one or more of P2P/S2P, R2R, Q2C/O2C, GL, AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, collections or financial close. 🔹 0→1 Product Building: Proven experience independently building and scaling complex Enterprise Finance products or capabilities — from problem discovery and strategy through launch, adoption and measurable business impact. 🔹 Finance Platforms: Strong exposure to Oracle ERP/Fusion, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, NetSuite, HighRadius, BlackLine, or similar enterprise Finance ecosystems. 🔹 AI / Agentic AI: Experience applying AI/ML, GenAI or Agentic AI to automate Finance workflows, improve decision-making and drive operational efficiency. 🔹 Sr. Staff-Level Leadership: Ability to define multi-year product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, drive architectural trade-offs and lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. 📍 Location: Bengaluru, India 💡 We're particularly interested in Product Managers who have genuinely owned and built Finance products — not just implemented ERP systems or managed delivery programs.
