What we’re looking for: - Experience in software and product development, from ideation to launch. - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to embrace startup challenges. - Someone who is prepared for the ups and downs of startup life—not just attracted to fancy titles, flashy roles or the excitement of a new company. - The resilience to work through uncertainty, limited resources and the everyday constraints of an early-stage startup, while staying committed and solution-oriented. - A passionate, visionary and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into market-ready products. - Excellent communication, leadership and product demonstration skills. - Curiosity and openness to adopting emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to build differentiated features, create unique user value and develop a strong competitive advantage. - A long-term vision and genuine interest in building and growing a startup alongside the Founder.
