My DFT team at Marvell Technology is looking for experienced professionals to join us!
📍 Location: Bangalore, India
We are hiring for the following roles:
🔹 Staff DFT Engineer – 5–6 years of relevant experience
🔹 Principal DFT Engineer – 14 years of relevant experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in Design for Test (DFT) for complex SoCs.
- Hands-on experience across the complete DFT flow, from DFT insertion to ATPG and pattern verification.
- Strong understanding of DFT methodologies and test implementation.
