I'm hiring two senior Product Managers on the Growth team at Chargebee. We are looking for folks in either Bangalore or Chennai or willing to relocate to one of the two cities. Billing is the plumbing that our customers run on. Growth is how they make more $$ from it. These roles contribute to that $$ by controling the offer a subscriber gets to convert or expand and the flow they're in when they cancel, pause, or are deflected. These are complementary roles, and both are mission critical to the product team at Chargebee. One owns the experimentation and offer engine, which decides the offer and whether it moved churn or LTV. The other owns the post-purchase workflow itself that we sell as part of our broader Growth Suite. They will work together, and each will deliver the end-to-end roadmap for their respective product area. You will build the engine that powers our industry leading growth and monetization solution by helping build upon our offer and experimentation modules. You are comfortable building your own prototype in Cursor, Claude, or Lovable and can go deep into customer problems to design simple solutions to complicated problems that drive high value for our users with a low barrier to adoption. Ideally you have lead a PLG of self-service product area in the past and are motivated by driving user adoption of your solutions.
