Open Roles: 1️⃣ SDE 2 / SDE 3 / Tech Lead You build, deploy and monitor your own code, and still make time to mentor, plan deliverables and own the quality of what ships. Home ground: NodeJS, MongoDB, Postgres, Cloudflare. 2️⃣ Sr DevOps / DevSecOps Reliability, performance and security, at a cost a CFO would smile at. If you tune infra for fun and can’t leave a slow query alone, we should talk. 3️⃣ Digital Marketing (B2B) Everything under the sun: SEO, AEO, blog, newsletter, social and outreach. All hands on deck, working directly with the founders, with no layers between your idea and the outcome. The non-negotiable: You’re hands-on. You bring domain depth plus the energy to build 0→1. You reach for tools before asking for headcount. You’d rather run ten small experiments than write one long deck.
