I was Tradl AI's CTO before I became their CTO. Two months after a mutual friend introduced me to Shubham and Nilesh, that same friend told me they’d already pitched me as Tradl’s CTO. We’d never discussed it. Beyond the intro, we hadn’t spoken at all. When we finally got on a call, they had an unusual proposal - come to Bangalore, spend five days in the office, and then decide together whether we wanted to work with each other. I liked that. We were all making a big decision. Five days together seemed more useful than another round of calls.
