#hiring at Scaler Academy | AI Product & Engineering: Business Solutioning I'm hiring for two roles in my team at Scaler to build and scale AI-powered solutions that directly impact business growth and operational efficiency. The problems we're solving are real: Building AI voice agents and intelligent customer engagement systems. Automating CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and customer follow-ups. Developing AI-powered tools that improve sales productivity and decision making. Using AI and data to identify and address conversion funnel leakages. We're hiring for: 1. Technical Product Manager – AI & Automation Own technical solution design, rapid prototyping, experimentation, and product deployment. Take business requirements and turn them into working AI-powered products. 2. Applied AI Engineer / AI Product Engineer Build, integrate, and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered applications, APIs, and automation systems. Own the engineering lifecycle from prototype to production. What makes these opportunities exciting? You'll work on high-impact, 0 to 1 initiatives with significant technical ownership, freedom to experiment, and direct visibility into business outcomes. We're looking for people who combine strong technical fundamentals, product thinking, curiosity, and a bias for execution. People who can independently solve problems, build and ship solutions, and take accountability for what happens after deployment. 📍 Location: Electronic City, Phase 1, Bengaluru 💰 Compensation: ₹18–24 LPA 💼 Experience: 1–5 years preferred We value demonstrated technical ability over credentials. GitHub projects, products you've shipped, and hands-on AI experience will matter. 🔗 Explore the detailed JDs and apply: I've added the link in the 1st comment as well. https://lnkd.in/gSHk6ysE If this sounds like an opportunity you'd enjoy, I'd love to hear from you.
