We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager who can take ownership of the entire marketing journey — from creating campaigns to generating, organising, and qualifying leads for our contributor network. ✨ What will you be doing? 📱 Making Digital Happen: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital advertising platforms. 🌐 Owning the Social Game: Drive our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms through engaging content and campaigns. 🚀 Taking It to the Ground: Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns to reach potential contributors and grow our network. 🎯 Turning Reach into Results: Generate leads through paid campaigns, social media, digital outreach, and field marketing. 📊 Making Sense of Leads: Track, organise, segment, and qualify leads to identify the right contributors and ensure a smooth handover for onboarding. 📈 Owning It End to End: Take charge of everything from campaign planning and execution to lead generation, lead segregation, performance tracking, and reporting. 💡 Who are we looking for?
