We are Hiring 🚀 Role - Product Designer Location - Bengaluru Experience - 5 to 9 years Job type - Full-time About us: We're building a discretionary wealth manager for India's HNIs and UHNIs — not retail, not mass-affluent. A real manager who takes the mandate and owns the outcome across the full stack: equity, debt, PMS, AIF, alternatives. The founding team brings 150+ years of combined experience across wealth and markets — operators who've built and scaled multiple companies and managed serious capital at some of India's most respected wealth and investment firms. In a category full of sales pitches and finfluencer noise, our edge is trust. This is a hands-on, end-to-end design role: research, interaction, visual design and prototyping, working closely with product, engineering and compliance. You set the bar for craft on a product where trust is the entire value proposition. What you'll do: – Design the core journeys, onboarding and account linking, the consolidated wealth view, the goals conversation, the managed-portfolio and reporting experience, and the manager console. – Own and grow the design system (premium, restrained): components, patterns, typography, data visualization, and accessible, mobile-first layouts. – Make dense financial data legible, portfolios, allocations, exposure, performance, goal health with clear hierarchy and honest framing (never misleading, regulation-aware). – Run lightweight research and usability testing; turn client and manager insights into design decisions. – Prototype interactions and partner with engineers to ship pixel-accurate, accessible (WCAG-aligned) experiences across the mobile-first app and the data-dense web console. – Collaborate with product on flows and acceptance criteria, and with compliance so disclosures and consent are designed in, not bolted on. – Contribute to brand and marketing surfaces where they intersect with product. What we’re looking for: – 5+ years of product design with a portfolio showing shipped, end-to-end work — ideally complex, data-rich products. – Strong interaction and visual design craft, plus the systems thinking to build and maintain a design system. – Skill at data visualization and information hierarchy — making complex numbers calm and clear. – Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and comfortable collaborating closely with engineers. – A user-centered, research-informed approach and the ability to defend design decisions with reasoning. – Mobile-first and accessibility instincts (WCAG-aligned). Bonus points – Experience in fintech, wealth, investing or other regulated / trust-critical domains. – Designing for both consumer apps and internal operator/console tools. – Motion/interaction prototyping, or light front-end literacy (HTML/CSS) to collaborate on fidelity. – An eye for premium, restrained, editorial visual design.
