Drive customer adoption, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers. Lead multicultural, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams. #RequiredExperience & Skills: 5–10 years of Product Management experience, with proven product delivery and scaling success. Strong insurance domain expertise, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C). Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, or equivalent insurance platforms. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. #PreferredQualifications: Experience in the US insurance market. CSPO or equivalent Product Management certification. Insurance certifications such as CPCU, AINS, or API.
