✅ Must-have: Python, Frappe ORM, MariaDB, Nginx/Redis/Supervisor, ERPNext modules
🔵 Backend Developer (Laravel + Next.js) | 2+ yrs
Architect the core of a CRM that processes 100K+ records a day: APIs, assignment engine, queues and caching.
✅ Must-have: PHP/Laravel, REST APIs, MySQL optimization, JWT/Sanctum, Git, CI/CD
🟠 Frontend Developer (Frappe / ERPNext) | 1–3 yrs
Turn complex ERP workflows into screens people enjoy using: client scripts, Frappe UI, Vue 3, portals and print formats.
✅ Must-have: JS (ES6+), Vue.js, Frappe client scripts, Jinja, REST integration
