Senior Rust Developer
📍 Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) | Work from Office (including alternate Saturdays)
💼 Experience: 6+ years of backend development / 3+ years of production Rust
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Rust Developer to build high-performance systems software focused on data resiliency, backup and restore, ransomware defence, and data security.
What you’ll do:
● Develop high-performance, asynchronous Rust applications for backup and restore
● Build system components for file discovery, indexing, data transfer, and multi-platform support
● Optimize memory, CPU, I/O, and network usage for large-scale data operations
● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
What we’re looking for:
● 6+ years of backend development experience
● 3+ years of production Rust experience in performance-critical systems
● Strong async Rust, Tokio, concurrency, and systems programming expertise
● Experience with system-level APIs, FFI, Cargo, Clippy.
