Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Lending & Embedded Finance(LOS,LMS and collection experience is Mandatory) Location: Bangalore About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our digital lending and embedded finance platform powering EVFIN’s vision to be the leader in sustainable financing. This role sits at the intersection of credit, processes, technology, and partnerships, and will drive end-to-end ownership of borrower journeys, loan origination systems, loan management systems, and partner integrations. You will work closely with engineering, credit, risk, operations, and external partners (e.g., marketplaces like Flipkart, KYC providers, payment gateways) to build scalable, compliant, and highconversion lending experiences. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership – Lending Journey • Own the end-to-end digital loan journey (lead -application- KYC-underwriting-disbursal) • Own the end-to-end digital loan management (loan booking-repayments-collections-end of the cycle) • Improve conversion rates, TAT, and drop-offs across funnel stages • Enable automation in terms of processes from Approvals-disbursals-collections. • Design flows for STP and Non-STP journeys, including exception handling (BRE rejections, manual underwriting, deviations, disbursals) • Define & enhance the existing workflows, lifecycle management, decisioning automation. • Management of GFL Marketplace to enable end-to-end customer lifecycle management. Partner integrations (Embedded Finance) • Lead integrations with ecosystem partners: o Marketplaces (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, etc) o KYC providers (e.g., DIGIO, Authbridge etc) o Payment Gateway & payout systems (e.g., Cashfree) • Define and manage: o APIs, webhooks, and retries #jobs #productmanager #productmanagementjobs
