We build AI-powered customer engagement systems across WhatsApp, Instagram, email and voice. When a business depends on those workflows to acquire, support and retain customers, engineering decisions have a direct impact on revenue.
This person will work directly with us founders and own the technology organisation across engineering, QA, DevOps and delivery.
You’ll set the technical direction for our platform and AI systems, hire and develop engineering leaders, and take responsibility for reliability, release quality and infrastructure costs.
I’m looking for someone who has scaled a B2B SaaS engineering organisation and still enjoys getting into the code. Someone who can review a difficult architecture decision, help debug production, and build the team that makes both easier over time.
Production experience with AI agents, RAG and model evaluation matters. So does the judgment to decide where AI belongs, what needs to be measured, and when a simpler approach will serve the customer better.
The role is full-time and onsite in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
