Digitap is looking for an execution-focused Associate Product Manager to join our Onboarding Product Team! You’ll work on API-based products serving clients across fintech, banking, lending, and digital businesses, gaining hands-on exposure to the complete product lifecycle. 🔍 What You’ll Work On Understand client requirements and translate them into clear product specifications. Prepare PRDs, user stories, workflows, API documentation, and integration guides. Support client onboarding and API integrations, including request/response structures, configurations, callbacks, and webhooks. Test APIs using Postman, analyze responses and status codes, and troubleshoot issues. Coordinate with Engineering and QA teams on development, testing, UAT, and releases. Track onboarding progress, resolve dependencies, and support successful production launches. Identify recurring client issues and recommend improvements to the product and developer experience. ✅ What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, API Integrations, or a similar role. Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, status codes, and webhooks. Familiarity with Postman and JIRA. Basic SQL knowledge is a strong plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Fintech, banking, lending, KYC, identity verification, or API product experience is a plus. 🌟 Why Join Digitap?
