The DataFlow Group is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our Product Management team! 📌 Role Overview Position: Product Manager Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years Base Location: Noida 🎯 Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute a high-impact product roadmap aligned with company growth, user feedback, and market demand. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Operations, and Business Strategy to deliver seamless, scalable solutions. Data-Driven Execution: Define product success metrics, analyze user performance, and iterate continuously to improve product retention and value. Customer-Centric Focus: Engage directly with stakeholders and clients to turn key pain points into innovative product features. Lifecycle Management: Lead the product end-to-end—from initial ideation and agile sprints to launch and post-release enhancements. 💼 What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of hands-on Product Management experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Strong background in Agile methodologies, user story writing, and sprint execution. Exceptional analytical capability with a track record of driving metrics using data-backed decisions. Deep understanding or interest in Data Verification, FinTech, EdTech, RegTech, or SaaS platforms. Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder expectations.
