We’re growing our engineering team, and we’re looking for someone who wants real ownership, not just a title.
As our Staff Engineer, you’ll work directly with our Founder and Head of Engineering, shaping how we build, scale, and ship across the entire engineering org. This isn’t a role where you wait for direction. You’ll set it.
What you’ll do:
→ Own architecture and technical decisions across teams
→ Lead and mentor engineers, raising the bar for everyone around you
→ Partner closely with leadership on product and engineering strategy
→ Take end-to-end responsibility for systems that impact
