At Blue Machines, we build our own in-house AI models (STT, LLM, custom architectures and more) that power enterprise applications. We're looking for a product person who works across ML, engineering and customers, defines what our models need to do, and turns model research into products customers rely on. This isn't a traditional PM role, you should have trained or fine-tuned a model yourself, and be able to walk us through the data, the evals and what you'd do differently. What you'll own: - Evaluation: Define the quality bar for each model, build the test sets, stress-test against real-world data and user scenarios, and read eval results with team - Metrics: Track model performance (accuracy, latency, response quality) next to business results (task completion, conversion, and end-user ROI) - The model lifecycle: Take features from data and training through to deployment, then watch production for drift and quality drops - Hands-on experiments: Fine-tune smaller models and run quick experiments You bring: - 3–5 yrs building AI/ML products.
