As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will own the architectural foundations of our platform, ensuring robust system design as we scale. You will work closely with the founding team in our Bengaluru office to turn complex AI logic into a seamless user experience.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable backend services for our AI talent agent platform
- Lead the development of core features from 0-1 as we launch new product lines
- Architect and maintain high-performance APIs to support consumer-facing applications
- Collaborate with the founding team to translate product requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and efficient resource utilization
- Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices for backend development
