As our Associate Director for Product in Search and Discovery, you will drive the strategy for our matching algorithms and user-facing search experiences. You will focus on scaling our consumer-facing platform while refining the logic that connects talent with the right roles.

- Develop and execute the product roadmap for search and discovery features.
- Optimize matching algorithms to improve the quality of recommendations for two-sided marketplace participants.
- Define information architecture to streamline user navigation and content discoverability.
- Analyze user behavior and cohort data to inform product iterations and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate user preferences into technical requirements.
- Lead initiatives to scale search performance for our mobile-first consumer application.
