As the Founding Growth Lead, you will define how users engage with our platform from their first interaction to the completion of real-world artifacts. You will work closely with our product team to build a growth engine that transforms intent into verified skills for our users.
what you'll do:
- Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies covering user activation, onboarding, and long-term retention.
- Build and maintain lifecycle marketing systems to drive continuous re-engagement and user success.
- Develop and run experiments focused on pricing, monetization models, and conversion optimization.
- Implement product-led referral loops to drive organic growth within the community.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points in the learning workflow and propose iterative product improvements.
- Manage A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, messaging, and funnel flows.
