As a Founding Backend/Systems Engineer, you will architect and implement the core infrastructure that enables end-to-end software development, from planning through deployment. Your work will focus on creating reliable, auditable systems that manage complex engineering workflows and stateful production environments.
what you'll do:
- Design and build core distributed workflow orchestration engines.
- Implement robust mechanisms for persistent state, idempotency, and failure recovery.
- Architect systems for high-concurrency and asynchronous task coordination.
- Develop scalable messaging and event-driven infrastructure for autonomous agents.
- Own the full lifecycle of critical backend systems from initial design through production deployment.
