We are seeking an experienced community leader to develop and grow an exclusive network of CHROs and HR leaders. You will be responsible for creating a high-value, invite-only community that fosters peer-to-peer connection and long-term engagement with our brand.

- Build and scale a member-led community from the ground up tailored for HR and rewards leaders.
- Design and execute ambassador and referral programs to drive community growth and advocacy.
- Curate and manage exclusive, invite-only events and professional networking experiences.
- Develop repeatable engagement playbooks to maintain high-quality interactions among members.
- Facilitate meaningful peer-to-peer introductions to establish trust and community value.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align community initiatives with overall company objectives.
