Rekise Marine designs and builds autonomous surface and underwater vessels, integrating hardware and software from the ground up. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will contribute to the development of our marine robotics platforms, ensuring that our systems meet global naval and offshore standards. You will work on the full lifecycle of mechanical systems, from initial conceptualization and simulation to fabrication and sea-trial testing.
what you'll do:
- Design complex robotic systems and electromechanical subsystems for autonomous marine vessels.
- Develop production-ready 3D assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate design integrity under harsh maritime conditions.
- Create and test functional prototypes to iterate on design performance.
- Implement design for assembly (DFA) and design for manufacturing (DFM) principles to streamline production.
- Collaborate with software and embedded teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
why join: Rekise Marine is building full-stack autonomous maritime platforms in India for a global market, offering engineers the unique opportunity to see their work move from CAD models to operational vessels at sea.
