If you enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of product strategy, algorithms, data science, and business economics, this opportunity is for you! 📍 Location: Bengaluru, India 💼 Team: Product – Marketplace 🎯 Experience: Product management experience; marketplace experience preferred 🔍 What You’ll Own Pricing Strategy: Base fares, surge pricing, discounts, and driver incentives. Customer–Driver Matching: Dispatch, pickup ETAs, fulfilment, and cancellations. Product Roadmap: Drive KPIs such as conversion, driver utilisation, and marketplace economics. Experimentation: Design A/B tests, evaluate results, and translate insights into product improvements. Data Science & Technology: Partner with engineering and data science teams on pricing and matching systems. Stakeholder Management: Align business, operations, finance, and technology teams around measurable outcomes. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Strong product strategy and roadmap ownership. Experience working with data science or ML teams. Understanding of backend systems, APIs, and system dependencies. A data-driven approach to experimentation and decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ⭐ Good to Have Experience in ride-hailing, e-commerce, logistics, food delivery, travel, or other marketplaces.
