𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁! 🚀 Over the last four months, we've scaled Hoola Health (Prev. BabyMD) from 5 clinics to 10 clinics across Bangalore, with 2 more on the way. Along the way, we've learnt a lot about what it takes to build and scale a neighbourhood healthcare brand - from identifying the right locations and building strong clinical teams to driving local awareness, earning parents trust and making the unit economics work. We've built the playbook and were now ready to take everything we learnt to a completely new market. 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗖𝗥! 📍 And we are looking for someone who wants to build this market with us. 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗖𝗥. This isn't a role where you inherit a fully functioning business and focus on making incremental improvements. You'll have the opportunity to build Hoola's presence in a new city from the ground up. You'll be doing a bit of everything: 🏥 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀: Identifying the right micro-markets, bringing centres to life and getting them ready to welcome their first families. 📈 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲: Figuring out what works in Delhi. From neighbourhood marketing and local partnerships to building awareness, driving footfall and growing revenue. ⚙️ 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Taking the playbook we've built in Bangalore, adapting it to the Delhi market and ensuring every centre delivers the same quality of care and experience as we scale. We are looking for someone who gets excited by the idea of being a generalist. Someone who can think strategically in the morning, negotiate with a local partner in the afternoon and solve an operational problem at a clinic in the evening. Someone who enjoys the ambiguity of building something from 0 to 1, takes ownership without waiting for instructions and is equally comfortable getting their hands dirty as they are thinking about the bigger picture.
