Backend Engineering InternCnvrted
We posted an intern role yesterday.
500+ emails in the first 30 minutes.
And we’re still hiring. Cnvrted
Our inbox hasn’t recovered. Neither has our cat.
The honest part: about 90% of them looked the same. Same skills. Same resume template. It felt like reading one resume 450 times.
So we fixed our own process. Every application now comes through one Google Form, we go through all of them, and we’ve already shortlisted a few for that role.
Now round 2 🚀
We’re hiring a Backend Engineering Intern at Cnvrted.
→ Paid/Stipend
→ Hybrid, from our Indiranagar office in Bangalore
→ You build real things with the founding team at a fast-growing startup. Expect a crazy ride and more learning than any internship.
Want to stand out? Fill a simple form, answer a few questions, and we’ll get in touch with you ASAP.
