As we get closer to launch, we are expanding the team. We’re hiring interns and SDE 1/2/3s, who are audacious and driven engineers and want to launch, learn and grow, exponentially. What you’ll work on - Build a product with AI at its core, shaping how models, data and software work together with LLMs and classifiers as first class entities - Build agents and workflows around real customer problems, watch customers use it and improve it for them - Build agentic observability and LLM eval at scale with feedback loop - Take the product from 'early users' to 'scale', making decisions about what to build, why it matters and how to deliver it You’ll be a great fit if you - Have experience working with distributed systems and micro-services at scale - Have strong engineering fundamentals and enjoy solving problems without an existing template - Take end to end ownership from idea brainstorming to shipping it and seeing customers use it - Want to build, ship and iterate quickly, while caring about quality - Want to shape the architecture and evolve it as the product and customer base grow Note: On-site, Bengaluru.
