Founding Robotics EngineerLatitude54
We're hiring two engineers at Latitude54.
Don't send us a resume.
Send us a proof of something you built.
A prototype that works. A model running on real hardware. A system you designed, broke, debugged at 2am, and got working. We'll learn more from that in ten minutes than from any CV.
01 — Founding Engineer, Robotics & Hardware
Delhi · On-site · 1–3 years
Airframes, electronics, wiring, sensor integration. Flight controller configuration. Companion computers and onboard comms. CAD and rapid prototyping. Linux robotics and simulation. Ground testing through to flight validation.
If you've built and flown multi rotors or fixed-wings, understand flight control systems, and move comfortably between hardware and software this one's yours.
02 — Founding Engineer, AI/ML
Remote · India · 2–5 years
Real-time computer vision and sensor perception. Training, evaluation, deployment. Inference optimisation for embedded and edge. Integration with the robotics stack. Validation against both simulation and real-world data.
Strong Python and C++, solid deep learning fundamentals, and models you've actually shipped onto devices not just run in notebooks.
Both roles are full-time and paid.
What matters to us is technical depth, judgement, and execution. Not how impressive the resume looks. What you've built, tested, broken, and improved.
To apply: send your GitHub, project demos, technical write-ups, or a 60-second video walking me through something you've made. Plus the hardest technical problem you've solved and how you got through it.
Apply form in the comments.
If someone came to mind while reading this, send it to them.
