As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our core AI platforms and enterprise customers, translating complex requirements into reliable, production-grade AI implementations. You will work directly on site to deploy custom solutions, refine model outputs, and ensure our benchmarking systems meet the rigorous demands of global AI labs and enterprise clients.
what you'll do:
- Design and deploy custom AI solutions tailored to specific enterprise customer needs
- Develop and execute evaluation frameworks for LLMs using internal tools like Helix and STARK
- Adapt and fine-tune models to integrate with customer-provided datasets and domains
- Build and maintain agentic and multimodal application prototypes for real-world enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with internal research teams to translate model advancements into practical customer solutions
- Monitor and optimize AI performance in production environments to maintain accuracy and reliability
