Live Events LeadLawSikho
Hiring Alert!! In office, Gurugram.
I am looking to hire someone who can lead and command execution for our live events.
This is not a project management or coordination role. I need someone who can take charge of people, priorities and outcomes in a moving landscape based on a goal, without waiting for instruction at each step.
What will you do?
1. You will be responsible for outcomes of our live events every week - prepare a clear strategy for success week after week by studying who is registering for events, their background, aspirations, what worries them and what they will push back on
2. Work out how our existing message needs to change for each new audience we bring in, modify our existing scripts and emails accordingly, or get this fixed
3. Look at data, scripts and the live session recordings to find exactly where an audience stopped being convinced, attendance/conversions dropped and then fix the problem - identify problems before as far as possible
4. Run this across several audiences at once, from lawyers, accountants to science grads, researchers, women restarting careers and senior professionals
5. Make sure I don’t have to personally chase ten people, diagnose every problem and tell everyone what to do next, or spot every gap myself
What background should you have?
1. 3+ years of experience in strategy, growth, product marketing, consulting, founder’s office, business operationsm, program management, events, business operations or similar roles
2. Experience in working at the ground-level & in managing teams is essential
3. You should be comfortable with numbers and responsibility of business outcomes and targets
4. EdTech experience is useful, but not mandatory
What traits should you have?
1. You are comfortable reading voluminous documents, connecting data with narratives
2. Naturally curious about people and their psychology, always hungry to improve. You want to know why someone does or does not sign up - you can put yourself in the shoes of a 24-year-old law student and a 58-year-old retired banker on the same day and ask “what are they actually worried about?” before anyone tells you
3. You go to the root cause when something is not working, you don't get overwhelmed by data or volume of documents, or big goals
4. You are comfortable telling a senior person that their script has a hole
5. You are comfortable working with AI tools and learning new systems
Why should you apply?
1. You will have real authority and ownership - you will get to see direct results of your work week after week through data
2. You perform, you grow.
3. Opportunity to learn at a breakneck speed week after week
This is not a chill job. We need someone who can take charge, think independently, command respect and deliver results through people.
While applying, mention your Myers Briggs personality type. Also explain why you want this job and why you are a good fit. You can drop me a comment/inbox.
