We’re building the founding engineering team at DeciOps. 🚀 We’re looking for people who want to build, not just implement. DeciOps is building an AI-native Decision Operations platform that turns complex enterprise decisions across procurement, manufacturing and supply chain into governed, AI-enabled workflows. At this stage, we need engineers and product builders who are comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership, and want to shape technology and products from the ground up. We’re hiring across four areas: 🔹 Founding / Platform Engineers | 3–8 years Strong backend engineering, distributed systems, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration and production reliability. Experience building reusable platforms and enterprise integrations is valuable. 🔹 AI / AI Platform Engineers | 2–7 years Strong software engineering fundamentals, with hands-on experience in LLMs, agents, RAG, context engineering, AI orchestration and production AI applications. We value reliable engineering over demos that merely work. 🔹 Decision Product Engineers | 2–6 years Backend or full-stack engineers who can turn business problems into working products. Experience with workflows, business rules, APIs, data modelling, enterprise integrations and AI-enabled applications is a plus. 🔹 ERP / Manufacturing Product Engineers | 3–10 years People who understand manufacturing, procurement, supply chain or production planning, with experience in SAP/ERP, business processes, master data and operational workflows. You should be able to translate business problems into decision models and product requirements, and work closely with engineers to build solutions. What matters to us: Strong fundamentals and problem-solving. Ownership from problem definition to production delivery. Curiosity, learning ability and product thinking. Comfort working closely with customers and a small founding team. The ability to distinguish reusable product capabilities from customer-specific requirements. You dont need to know everything. We would rather hire someone who learns fast and takes ownership than someone who matches 100% of a technology checklist.Experience with enterprise systems, ERP/SAP, manufacturing or supply chain is a strong plus, depending on the role. 📍 Bengaluru | Full-time ⚡ Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
