Founding EngineerZerogrunt
We're bootstrapped, have paying enterprise customers, and want to build AI agents that can own entire business workflows.
That means understanding how a company works, taking action across its systems, and learning from what happens.
There's a lot to figure out:
1. How do you give an agent useful business context as that context keeps changing?
2. How do you recover when one step fails halfway through a workflow?
3. How do you turn a person's correction into something the agent gets right next time?
4. How do you measure whether it's actually getting better?
You'll own these problems from design to production. You'll talk to customers, run experiments, and watch your work run inside the systems their teams rely on every day.
We're starting with finance, with a bigger ambition: freeing people from repetitive work so they can spend their time solving problems, making decisions, and growing the business.
You'll build directly with me and set the foundations future engineers build on.
