Are you a growth marketer who loves building from the ground up, scaling customer acquisition, and turning data into business growth? We’re hiring a VP – Growth Marketing for a venture-backed consumer commerce startup that is reimagining the shopping experience through an innovative Try & Buy model. What you’ll own: Full-funnel growth: Drive the journey from lead generation to demo bookings and conversions. Performance marketing: Scale hands-on acquisition across Meta, Google, and YouTube. Growth strategy: Own marketing budgets, CAC, ROAS, cost per booking, and growth forecasts.Organic amp; lifecycle growth: Build SEO, retargeting, CRM, WhatsApp, email, and referral initiatives. Demand generation: Drive influencer, affiliate, hyperlocal, and offline-to-online acquisition. Team leadership: Build the growth function and work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and leadership. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing. Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads. Proven success scaling customer acquisition for B2C, D2C, marketplace, or consumer-tech businesses. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a test-and-learn mindset.
