𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 You'll keep our marketing running every week, for us and our clients. - Watch the feed. Report what's working, what's changing and what audiences react to. - Write the posts. Research and write social posts end to end, or tight outlines for clients with their own copywriter. - Run the designer loop. Brief designers and manage both review rounds until the post ships. - Make content. For clients and our own pages, sometimes including a simple shoot. - Keep it consistent. What's scheduled goes out, every week, on time. This matters most. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 - High energy. You want to build something, not just do a job. - Proof of creativity. "I'm creative" doesn't count. Show us posts, reels, writing or campaigns you made. - A fast learner. Aptitude over experience. We'll teach you the industry and the craft. - Consistent. We say the uncomfortable thing first, and tell clients when a channel won't work, even when we could bill for it. - Taste. We'll rewrite a headline nine times. - Depth. We learn our clients' industry until we can answer our own discovery questions. - Conviction. We do what works, not what's trending.
