We're building AI voice agents that help them grow: agents that call businesses to bring them new opportunities, and that answers, qualifies and books customers for them 24x7. I'm looking for PMs to own these products end to end. What you'll own • The full funnel: from first call to booked appointment, activation and repeat usage • Conversation quality: scripts, category-specific flows, guardrails and evals for voice agents • Fast experimentation on scripts, cohorts, handoffs and pricing, with cost per outcome as a north star • Go-to-market and competitive benchmarking, working closely with sales, ops and engineering You'll likely have • 3+ years in product, with a funnel, activation or conversion metric you personally moved • Strong product judgment: you can say what NOT to build, and why • Speed: you test small and change course when the data says so • Comfort with numbers and data (SQL / Excel) • Bonus: conversational/voice AI, SaaS, marketplace or sales-ops experience Why this role • Live AI products with real users and a clear mandate to scale them • Direct work with leadership on Justdial's AI-first bets • Curiosity rewarded: you'll listen to the calls/talk to users/sales, not just read the dashboard This role is for people who'd rather own a hard, messy problem than follow a playbook.
