If you’re a backend-strong engineer who still cares deeply about what the user sees on the other end of your API — let’s talk.
We’re building AI-native platforms that power buying, planning, and retail workflows at serious scale (think one of the region’s largest fashion businesses). It’s real ownership, from technical design to production, not ticket-pushing.
What you’ll do:
→ Build and scale Java / Spring Boot + Python FastAPI microservices that run core retail workflows
→ Craft modular, responsive UI in Angular / React / TypeScript — with UX, accessibility and performance treated as first-class
→ Own delivery end-to-end alongside Product, Design and middleware teams
→ Keep quality high through clean architecture, automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright amp; co.) and solid CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
→ Monitor, debug and optimize with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, Lighthouse)
What I’m looking for:
✅ 5–7 years, strong in Java, Spring Boot amp; microservices
✅ Comfortable across the stack — Angular / React / TypeScript on the front, event-driven design on the back
✅ Cloud + containers (Azure / AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
✅ Bonus points for retail/enterprise middleware (Jump Mind or similar), config-driven development, and curiosity about AI/ML-assisted engineering The kind of person who thrives here is proactive, takes real ownership, and can bridge a backend conversation and a UI one in the same breath.
