As an early-stage company currently in stealth, this role involves foundational work in building our market identity and community from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders to develop our initial brand voice, engagement strategies, and community outreach. This is a high-ownership position where you will be responsible for defining how we interact with our audience as we approach our initial product launch.
what you'll do:
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand social presence strategies from inception.
- Manage creator and influencer campaigns, including sourcing, relationship building, and performance tracking.
- Create and iterate on high-engagement short-form video content for social platforms.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine storytelling and improve conversion outcomes.
- Build and cultivate an active community around our early-stage initiatives.
- Collaborate with the founding team on product positioning and go-to-market experimentation.
