Graduate only from a top engineering institute, preferably IITs or other premier engineering institutions. Strong hands-on experience in building and launching technology products from scratch (0-to-1). Proven ability to architect and develop scalable, high-performance technology systems. Experience setting up, hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams. A strong understanding of emerging technologies, ideally across AI, Robotics, Deep Tech, or related domains. A startup mindset — someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving fast, and solving complex problems.
