looking for a GTM engineer for a bengaluru-based ai startup building agents for ERP maintenance (hiring via Rightfit 🏴)
they’re replacing the billions traditionally spent on ERP consultants with AI systems.
you’ll work on:
↳ building the content + distribution engine (0 → 1)
↳ automating inbound workflows + lead pipelines
↳ running growth experiments across channels
↳ partnerships, co-marketing, and outbound systems
↳ owning GTM execution end to end
what we’re looking for:
↳ 2–4 yrs in GTM / growth roles (b2b saas preferred)
↳ understands systems, tooling, and automation
↳ experience building engines, not just campaigns
↳ high ownership + strong execution mindset
location: bengaluru 📍
salary: 15–25 LPA 💰
