Creative StrategistWave
we are hiring.
a month ago, we launched wave. the idea was simple: build an army of dedicated creator accounts that can make any brand go viral.
fast forward to today >> we’re already running creator campaigns for some of the biggest consumer products and B2B brands in India (working with teams backed by Titan Capital, 2amVC).
the momentum right now is insane. we are growing fast, the vision is expanding, and we need a few extremely smart, creative, high-agency people to join the team.
we’re looking for two roles(paid):
𝟭. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻)
• firstly, you need to be a yapper, especially one who knows how to tell a good story.
• you spend way too much time on Instagram (>4hrs/day), and you actually have a very detailed POV on *why* something goes viral and why something else totally flops.
• you’ll be building out 0-1 content strategies from scratch, writing viral scripts that grab attention, and pulling the strings to deliver actual, measurable results for massive clients.
𝟮. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻
• you deeply understand positioning and how to craft an offer so good that people feel stupid saying no.
• you’re really good at using AI tools to run growth experiments fast.
• you’ve got experience in B2B growth and know how to actually get people's attention.
• you’ll be executing directly on our core growth playbooks to help us scale wave even faster.
• you have elite dessert taste (this is literally part of our outbound to break through the noise).
we want people who operate by taking extreme ownership, take actual pride in doing great work, aren't boring, and want to help us build something massive.
you can work fully remote, or you can come build with us in-office down in Gurgaon.
drop me a solid cold-email at founder@waveugc.in. show me what you've done, link what you've built, or send over your wildest ideas. we will take it forward from there. 🌊
